Enjoy a seafood paella from Chef Frank Magana of Culture Shock Bistro alongside a selection of Red Mountain AVA wines at this collaborative dinner at Fidélitas Winery’s Red Mountain tasting room. Taste Red Mountain wines from Washington state wineries Fidélitas, Obelisco Estate Winery, Palencia Wine Company and Upchurch Vineyard in the idyllic setting overlooking Red Mountain vineyards.

Joining Fidélitas winemaker Charlie Hoppes and general manager Will Hoppes at this event will be Ken Abbott, general manager & winemaker at Obelisco Estate Winery; Victor Palencia, president and winemaker at Palencia Wine Company; and Chris Upchurch, owner and winemaker at Upchurch Vineyard.

Tickets includes dinner (paella, followed by gorgonzola chocolate truffles and salted caramel bites) and tastings from four wineries.
