Market Vineyards has created a very special themed board using ROMA’s highest quality meats and cheeses. In this workshop ROMA Charcuterie will be teaching tricks of the trade. You will learn the art of cutting, folding and pairing creating your very own board that’s serves 4-6 to take home.
